Getting There: Take the Fair Oaks Avenue exit off the 210 Freeway, and head south, through the intersection with Colorado. The park is on the east side of Fair Oaks, one block south of Green Street. Parking is available at meters on Raymond or Fair Oaks, and in lots on Green Street for about $3. This event brings a hearty meal and holiday cheer to all who attend, many of whom are homeless, senior citizens, alone at the holidays and families on limited incomes. Faithful supporters bring donated turkeys, hams, side dishes and desserts to the park.
