You can dust off your guitar and start strumming with iPlayMusic, a series of interactive programs that can be played on a computer, a DVD player or even exported to an Apple iPod.

Animated lessons, guitar chord videos, scrolling lyrics and other interactive tools help students learn to play songs by popular recording artists, such as the Beatles and Eric Clapton.

The Beginner Guitar Lessons Interactive DVD, available for Level 1 and Level 2, costs $25 each. The Beginner Guitar Lessons for the PC costs $60 while the Beginner Guitar Lessons for the Mac is $50.

The company also makes a Play Music Together title that encourages parents and preschoolers to turn practice time into family time. The PC version costs $50, the Mac version is $40, and the DVD is $25.
